Special Issue of EISCAT WS papers

Instructions for submitting a manuscript for publication in the Special Issue of Annales Geophysicae: 13th International EISCAT Workshop

The deadline for submission is 30 November 2007.

Prepare the manuscript according to general guidelines: http://www.copernicus.org/EGU/annales/guidelines_for_special_issues.html

Please do the following steps in submission:

1. Register the manuscript online via a COSIS login http://www.copernicus.org/EGU/annales/ms_registration.html
   • Participating in a "Special Issue/Publication"? Yes select from the menu “13th International EISCAT Workshop”
   • You will receive the Manuscript-Number (ms-no) and instructions on where to upload the files.
   • In case of questions the authors should contact: editorial@copernicus.org
2. Modify the manuscript file names to start with ms-no as explained in Section 2 of http://www.copernicus.org/EGU/annales/guidelines_for_special_issues.html
3. Submit the manuscript
   • You have received a link to an online upload form in step 1.
   • Submission should take place within 6 days of the registration.
4. Send an e-mail telling the title, authors and ms-no of the manuscript to: anita.aikio@oulu.fi (This is just to keep the Guest Editors informed and to make sure that the paper will end up in the EWS Special Issue in case somebody forgets to choose the Special Issue option).
