Funding for four introductory offers a year for four years

    Package includes help and funding
    • Help covers:
      • Help with experiment planning, preparation, and execution
      • Help with analysis, and preparation for publication
    • Funding covers:
      • Travel to EISCAT and subsistence for one week
      • 24 hours radar observing time
  • Available everywhere but in existing Associates, but EU would prefer Eastern and Southern European states.
  • Peer Review Panel function to be performed by the SAC
  • Simple application process
  • First deadline: end August 2006!
