Notes
Scientific objective of this experiment is to understand the conductance in the quiet polar cap and auroral region. Both ESR and Tromsoe UHF will be operated with a scanning mode similar as CP3. The requested experiment windows are: Mar/29 LYB: 11-19 UT (12-20 LT) Mar/29 TRO: 15-19 UT (16-20 LT) Mar/30 LYB: 11-19 UT (12-20 LT) Mar/30 TRO: 11-19 UT (12-20 LT)
